Construction & Design
Manufactured from 5mm structural steel—significantly thicker than standard alternatives—the XFI weigh beams are built to withstand demanding industrial use and extend operational lifespan. Painted steel construction resists corrosion whilst IP68-rated aluminium load cells, mounted directly to the scale structure, ensure accurate measurement even in wet or dusty conditions.
Each pair of weigh beams features integrated handles and wheels for easy repositioning, with rigid adjustable levelling feet for stable on-ground installation. Interconnecting cables with secure connectors simplify setup and reduce installation time.
Calibration & Certification
All XFI weigh beam scales are calibrated to full capacity using UKAS-verified test weights prior to dispatch. Weight certification is available upon request. Optional ISO 9001:2018-traceable calibration certificates can be supplied to meet quality assurance requirements.

BR15 Display Unit
The Baxtran BR15 weight indicator provides reliable, economical operation for basic weighing applications. Featuring a backlit LCD display with six 30mm digits, the BR15 offers clear visibility in varied lighting conditions.
Power & Battery Life: Supplied with a 6V/4Ah internal rechargeable lead-acid battery, the BR15 delivers over 120 hours of operation with backlighting enabled, or up to 160 hours with backlighting disabled. Power-save mode extends runtime further. AC/DC adaptor (240V, 50Hz) included.
Protection & Housing: IP54-rated ABS housing with waterproof membrane keyboard protects against dust and moisture. Wall-mounting holes and column support bracket included.
Calibration Security: Anti-tamper calibration lock prevents unauthorised adjustment, ensuring measurement integrity across shifts and operators.
