  • High-Precision ATEX Certified Load Cell (C6 6000e): Functions with a C6 6000e approved "single point" ALUMINIUM load cell that conforms to OIML R60 standards. This load cell provides IP65 protection against dust and water splashes, ensuring reliable and accurate weighing results in hazardous zones and high-hygiene settings, while meeting stringent legal-for-trade requirements.

  • Complete AISI 304 Stainless Steel Construction: The entire structure, including tubulars, mechanics, small components, and the loading surface, is meticulously crafted from AISI 304 satin finish stainless steel. This ensures exceptional corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and long-term durability, making it ideal for food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other demanding industries.

  • Adjustable Stainless Steel Feet: Fitted with adjustable stainless steel feet with a plastic resting surface and a built-in level, allowing for precise setup and stability on various surfaces and ensuring optimal weighing accuracy.

  • Flexible Power Supply: Supports an input voltage of up to 15 Vdc, providing stable and efficient power to the load cell.

  • Extended Shielded Connection Cable: Includes a 3m shielded cable with connectors for secure and reliable signal transmission to a compatible indicator, minimising electrical interference.

  • Multi - Interval: Also available in multi-interval 2x3000e, which provides ADAPTIVE measurement resolution that automatically adjusts to the weight being measured, optimising precision across the entire weighing range. This offers a superior combination of accuracy and ease of use.

Options for ATEX Version:

  • CCATEX: Provides the ATEX certificate for each individual load cell, ensuring compliance at the component level.

  • DCATEXMECH: Offers an ATEX declaration for the PLATFORM itself. This option is specifically for platforms ordered without an indicator; otherwise, the overall system's ATEX certification will depend on the chosen weight indicator's available certifications.

Optional Enhancements (Available at Time of Order):

  • Special Sizes and Capacities: Custom sizes and specific capacities can be configured to precisely meet unique application requirements.

  • AISI 316 Stainless Steel Structure: Upgrade the entire structure to AISI 316 stainless steel for even higher resistance to specific corrosive agents and extreme environments, providing enhanced durability in the most challenging conditions.
