Features:

  • ATEX Certified Load Cell: Functions with a C6 6000e approved, intrinsically safe aluminium single point load cell that adheres to OIML R60 standards. This load cell provides IP67 protection against dust and water splashes and has a 350 Ohm input resistance, making it suitable for hazardous area applications.
  • Durable Steel Structure: Features a robust steel tubular structure that is oven-fire painted blue for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance in industrial environments.
  • Adjustable Stability: Equipped with adjustable resting feet and a level, allowing for precise setup and stability on uneven surfaces.
  • High-Quality Loading Surface: Fitted with an AISI 304 satin finish stainless steel loading surface, ensuring hygiene, durability, and ease of cleaning, especially important in sensitive environments.
  • Flexible Power Supply: Supports an input voltage of up to 15 Vdc.
  • Extended Connection Cable: Includes a 3m shielded connection cable with connectors for secure and reliable signal transmission to a compatible indicator, minimising electrical interference over longer distances.

Options for ATEX Version:

  • CCATEX: Provides the ATEX certificate for each individual load cell, ensuring component-level compliance. (Included with product)
  • DCATEX2GD: Offers a Declaration of ATEX conformity for the whole PLATFORM when combined with an ATEX 2GD Dini Argeo indicator, providing comprehensive system certification for both gas (Zone 1 & 2) and dust (Zone 21 & 22) hazardous areas.
  • DCATEX3GD: Provides a Declaration of ATEX conformity for the whole PLATFORM when combined with an ATEX 3GD Dini Argeo indicator, suitable for less frequently occurring hazardous atmospheres (gas Zone 2, dust Zone 22).

Optional Enhancements (Available at Time of Order):

  • Belt and Roller Units: Can be applied directly onto the loading surface to facilitate the movement of goods.
  • Special Sizes and Capacities: Custom sizes and higher capacities are available to meet specific application requirements.
