Seamless setup begins with motorised leveling that eliminates manual adjustment and ensures measurement accuracy from the first weighing. Enhanced automatic doors with anti-pinch safety protection respond to two touchless sensors, enabling hands-free operation to prevent sample contamination and improve laboratory safety. The built-in ionizer neutralises static charges that can compromise analytical weighing accuracy, whilst the anti-static glass draftshield, sample spotlight, and customisable status lights create optimal working conditions.

Premium User Interface

A 7-inch TFT colour touchscreen (16.7M colours) with glass overlay and detachable terminal provides intuitive control of all weighing functions. Chemical-resistant construction protects the display in demanding laboratory environments, whilst the glass overlay ensures long-term durability and easy cleaning.

The Explorer supports 15 weighing modes to match your analytical workflow: basic weighing, parts counting, check counting, percent weighing, check weighing, dynamic weighing, totalization, formulation, differential weighing, density determination, peak hold, pipette adjustment, statistical quality control (SQC), fill weight variation, and flow rate control. Application sample libraries accommodate up to 3,000 entries for rapid method recall and standardised procedures.

Meet pharmaceutical and quality system requirements with a 4-level user management system, password protection, and internal system log capacity of 100,000 entries. Time synchronization via NTP (Network Time Protocol) confirms data traceability to satisfy 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and ISO 17025 documentation standards. EC Type Approved models available for legal-for-trade applications requiring verified measurement accuracy.

Advanced Connectivity
