EXBOX — Exd Protection Box for Weighing & Data Transmission in ATEX 2GD Zones

The EXBOX is a complete, field-ready weighing and data transmission solution for ATEX Zone 2 gas and Zone 22 dust hazardous environments. Housed in a robust aluminium alloy Exd enclosure, it integrates a DGT1SAN weight indicator/transmitter, three Zener barriers for load cell connection, and an intrinsically safe 4–20 mA analogue output — all in a single, fully certified unit. Two front-panel buttons handle the main weighing operations, while two programmable electronic outputs manage setpoints and level control.
