The TWG Series Overhead Rail Scales are precision weighing modules designed for monorail systems, fully adaptable to both new and existing handling installations. Built with OIML-approved load cells as standard, the TWG Series delivers accurate, hygienic, and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

Each unit features dual IP68-rated stainless steel load cells approved to OIML R60 C3, mounted within a robust AISI 304 stainless steel structure with electropolished surfaces for easy cleaning and reduced contamination risk. Designed for integration with customer track sections, the system includes beam fastening accessories and threaded rods for straightforward installation.

The TWG Series supports weighing sections up to 600 mm and is available in capacities up to 600 kg, offering flexible configurations to suit a range of applications. It includes a hermetic junction box with a 10 m shielded cable for secure connection to weight indicators and operates on up to 15 Vdc.

Optional features include CE-M approved calibration, custom sizes and capacities, IP69K protection, and tailored adaptations for specific track systems. All orders are subject to technical verification and require submission of the TWG data request form to confirm suitability.
