The Dini Argeo TE HYGIENX Series single cell platform is a premium hygienic weighing solution designed for wet, corrosive, and high care environments. Manufactured in Italy from electropolished AISI 316 stainless steel, it is built to meet strict GMP and HACCP standards for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and cosmetics industries.

Engineered for demanding washdown conditions, the platform features an IP68 and IP69K rated stainless steel load cell, allowing complete sanitisation using high temperature and high pressure water jets. Its smooth, fully welded construction prevents residue build up and bacterial growth, while removable seals and an openable structure allow thorough inspection and cleaning.

Available in a multi interval approved version for adaptive measurement resolution, the TE HYGIENX Series delivers excellent weighing accuracy alongside exceptional durability, making it ideal for hygienic processing and production areas where precision and cleanliness are critical.

TE HYGIENX® Single Cell Platform – GMP-Compliant Weighing for Hygienic Environments

Engineered for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and cosmetics industries, the TE HYGIENX platform delivers precision weighing in the most demanding hygienic environments. Constructed entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel with micro-bead blasting and electropolishing, this Italian-made platform meets HACCP standards and carries HCV-EU certification (C0553035-0001) for direct food contact applications.

GMP-Compliant Construction

Every aspect of the TE HYGIENX is designed for complete sanitisation. The IP68 and IP69K rated stainless steel load cell withstands high-temperature, high-pressure water jets, whilst the continuous-weld platform construction prevents bacterial accumulation in critical areas. Removable seals allow thorough inspection and cleaning, and the design eliminates water and dirt traps entirely.

Technical Specification

Materials: AISI 316 stainless steel structure, mechanical components, and loading surface with food-grade rubber seals and micro-bead blasted, electropolished finish.

Load Cell: Hermetically sealed stainless steel, IP68/IP69K rated, OIML R60 approved C6 class. Sensitivity 2mV/V ±10%, max. power supply 15 Vdc. Supplied with 3-metre shielded cable (reduced to 1 metre with HGXCL column option).

Precision Classes: Available in C3, C3MR, C3MI, C6, and C6MR configurations to suit your application requirements.

Protection: Four limit switches provide overload protection, whilst non-slip feet ensure stability on stainless steel surfaces even in wet conditions. Integrated bubble level and two transport blocks protect the load cell during installation and relocation.

Multi-Interval Option

The HGX series is available in a 2×3000e multi-interval approved version (models ending "-MI"), offering adaptive measurement resolution that automatically adjusts to the weight being measured. This provides the optimal combination of accuracy and usability for Class C3 approved applications.

Note: Multi-interval models require pairing with a DFW or 3590 series Dini Argeo indicator, DiniCal calibration service, and ECEM2MI approval service.

Installation and Connectivity

Direct load cell connection to the weight indicator via cable gland eliminates connectors and potential contamination points. The platform connects without intermediate junctions for maximum reliability in washdown environments.

Optional Accessories

Expand functionality with the HGXCL column for integrated Dini Argeo weight indicator installation, featuring ergonomic design with comfortable support foot and carrying handle. AISI 304 stainless steel raising frames and mobile trolleys available for flexible weighing station configurations. The DFWX-HGX weight indicator with AISI 316 stainless steel case provides a fully hygienic weighing solution.

Important: Professional installation by trained personnel is required when combining the platform with a weight indicator. The system is not shipped ready to use.
