Dibal CW-5000 Automatic Checkweigher

Product Details
Versatile Weighing and Rejection Systems for Optimal Control
This modular checkweigher offers flexibility with weighing ranges from 1.5 kg/0.5 g to 15 kg/5 g, accommodating various product sizes and weights. Available in both dynamic and static weighing types, the system utilises different conveyor dimensions to achieve optimal accuracy. The robust rejection system, offered as an optional feature, provides multiple options to handle out-of-specification products. These include “Air-jet®” air blowing, pneumatic piston, accompanying blade, and pusher blade systems. The system can be configured with one or two rejectors to separate underweight and overweight products, reject unprocessed items, or remove products detected by a metal detector. The choice of rejection system is tailored to the specific product, packaging, speed, and collection requirements, ensuring seamless integration into existing production lines.
Robust Construction and User-Friendly Interface
Constructed from high-quality AISI 304L stainless steel and anodised aluminium, the Dibal checkweigher is built for durability and longevity in demanding industrial settings. All belts are FDA-approved, with options for standard and high-speed, super-adherent belts, along with sliders for expulsion areas and guides made from stainless steel, anodised aluminium, and cestilene. The system features a user-friendly interface with a 10.1’’ capacitive touch screen (optional 15’’), integrated into a vertical stainless steel electric drawer. This design ensures ease of operation and maintenance.
Advanced Connectivity and Integration
The Dibal checkweigher offers comprehensive connectivity options to facilitate data management and integration with other equipment. It includes Ethernet TCP/IP, RS-232, and 4 USB 3.0 ports for seamless data transfer and communication. The included PC software allows direct connection from a PC within the network via a web browser, enabling data export to Excel or CSV formats for detailed analysis and reporting. The system can be easily integrated with other Dibal 5000 series equipment, enhancing overall production line efficiency.
Power and Air Requirements
The Dibal checkweigher operates on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz electrical supply. When incorporating a rejection system, it requires compressed air with a maximum flow rate of 150 l/min at 6-8 bar. This ensures reliable and consistent rejection performance, maintaining product quality and compliance.
