Mobile Pallet Beam Scales for Industrial, Agricultural & Veterinary Weighing

The Adam AELP pallet beam scales provide a flexible, mobile solution for weighing oversized, bulky, or heavy items that cannot easily be placed on a conventional platform scale. Low-profile beams allow easy pallet weighing using a standard pallet truck, while rugged built-in wheels and handles make the AELP simple to reposition across warehouse, production, or agricultural environments. Enclosed channels with high-quality load cells deliver accurate, repeatable measurements built to withstand the rigours of constant industrial use.

The AELP is available with two indicator options to suit different operational requirements. The GK-S indicator provides a simple, efficient user interface for fast weighing, checkweighing, and check counting. The GK-Plus indicator offers a full numeric keypad with large 40mm-high digits, adding dynamic/animal weighing, net total weighing, and enhanced checkweighing capability. Both indicators are Adam Connect compatible for Bluetooth® data transfer to printers and PCs.

Design & Construction

Low-Profile Beam Design

The AELP beams sit low to the ground, allowing standard pallet trucks to slide underneath loaded pallets for effortless weighing without the need to lift or transfer loads. Each set includes two beams, each fitted with approximately five metres of shielded cable for flexible positioning. Heavy-duty rubber feet ensure stability during use, and integrated wheels and handles allow the complete set to be moved quickly between locations.

Indicator Options

GK-S Indicator: A solid ABS housing with backlit LCD and simple 5-key operation for fast, efficient weighing, checkweighing, and check counting. Features a colour-changing backlight in checkweighing mode to show under, over, or within acceptable limits. Includes RS-232 as standard, with optional USB interface and optional rechargeable battery. Adam Connect compatible for Bluetooth® data transfer. Wall-mount bracket included for placing the indicator on a vertical surface.

GK-Plus Indicator: A full numeric keypad with large 40mm-high digits for enhanced checkweighing applications. Adds dynamic/animal weighing with selectable digital filtering, net total weighing, and accumulation. Includes RS-232 as standard, with optional USB interface and optional rechargeable battery. Adam Connect compatible for Bluetooth® data transfer.
