VisioOne®: Flexible Single-Camera Vision Inspection for Essential Packaging Applications

The VisioOne® from TriVision is a compact, single-camera vision inspection system designed for essential label and packaging verification on existing production lines. Installing directly on top of an existing conveyor, VisioOne® provides swift, straightforward changeovers and an effective real-time overview of inspection data and production performance — without requiring significant line modification or infrastructure investment.

Label, Print, and Barcode Inspection from Top and Side

VisioOne® performs label and artwork verification, print quality assessment, and barcode inspection of both primary and secondary packaging. Top and side inspection configurations are supported, enabling coverage of label position, artwork accuracy, expiry dates, and barcode readability across a range of packaging formats. Compliance documentation and detailed production statistics are generated automatically, supporting quality assurance and audit requirements.

Quick Changeovers and Flexible Installation

The system is designed for fast and easy format changeovers, minimising downtime during product transitions. Customised brackets and shielding are available for specific packaging line layouts, and an optional ejection unit can be added to automate rejection of non-conforming products. The complete system includes camera, lighting, housing, cabinet with all electrical components, and operator panel as standard.

Material Options for Any Environment

VisioOne® components are available in multiple materials to suit different production environments. The camera housing is aluminium and PA as standard (IP 67), with optional stainless steel AISI 316 and IP 69K rating for washdown conditions. The electrical cabinet is powder-coated sheet steel as standard (IP 66), with optional stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 for hygienic environments.

Compact Computing with Cloud Intelligence

A compact PC running Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC powers the system, with operator interaction via a 12-inch full HD multi-touch panel. OPC UA and REST communication over Gigabit Ethernet and USB enable integration with factory data systems, while cloud-based backup and Production Intelligence provide actionable quality and performance data across production shifts.
