VisioCompact® Vision Inspection System
Product Details
VisioCompact®: Complete Vision Inspection in a Compact Footprint
The VisioCompact® from TriVision is a self-contained vision inspection system that delivers comprehensive packaging quality control within a minimal production footprint. Combining a built-in conveyor, operator panel, and optional ejector mechanism in a single stainless steel enclosure, VisioCompact® eliminates the need for separate peripheral equipment and simplifies line integration without compromising inspection capability.
Above and Below Conveyor Inspection Coverage
VisioCompact® supports camera setups both above and below conveyor level, enabling complete top and bottom package inspection in one pass. Available in multiple configurations, the system adapts to a range of packaging formats and inspection requirements, making it a practical choice for food and pharmaceutical producers who need flexibility without additional floor space.
Compact Construction Built for Hygienic Environments
The enclosure is constructed from stainless steel AISI 316 and rated IP 65, providing reliable protection in wet or washdown environments. The conveyor handles products up to 100H × 280W × 280D mm at speeds up to 800 mm/s, with the conveyor level set at 900 mm and adjustable by ±50 mm to suit existing line heights. An optional mechanical pusher ejector mechanism handles automatic rejection of non-conforming products.
Intuitive Software and Open Connectivity
Powered by TriVision's vision software and running on Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC, VisioCompact® provides a straightforward operator experience through a 15.6-inch full HD multi-touch panel. Gigabit Ethernet and Digital I/O connectivity, combined with OPC UA and REST communication protocols, enable integration with factory data systems and MES platforms across all supported languages.
Stand-Alone Simplicity Without Compromise
With its built-in conveyor, ejector, and operator panel consolidated into one compact unit, VisioCompact® reduces installation complexity and total cost of ownership. It is the practical choice for manufacturers who require reliable, software-driven vision inspection without dedicating significant line space or infrastructure.
