The CheeseInspector® Rectangular from TriVision automates the quality control of rectangular cheese blocks, delivering complete surface inspection across all sides in a single pass. Powered by TriVision’s leading vision technology, the system reliably detects mould spots and plastic or foil residues on the entire cheese surface, ensuring product compliance and protecting brand integrity at throughput rates of up to 15 blocks per minute.

CheeseInspector® Rectangular inspects every face of the cheese block — top, bottom, and all four sides — detecting mould spots and foil residues regardless of their position on the surface. The system accommodates rectangular blocks in different formats and sizes, providing consistent, repeatable inspection performance across a range of product SKUs without requiring extensive format-change procedures.
