Weighing Equipment Calibration

Following the UK Weighing Federation (UKWF) Code of Practice, we provide a full weighing scale calibration service for weighing equipment including crane scales, platforms scales, laboratory balances, and load cells.

Our test weights and other calibration equipment are traceable to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and a copy of our calibration certificates are available on request.

To make sure your weighing equipment is always maintained and calibrated effectively, we offer tiered preventative maintenance plans, which include service, repair and calibration, along with special discount levels for new products and parts. If this is of interest to your business, then please get in touch and we can arrange a site review to discuss a tailored plan that best suits your operational requirements.

Onsite Calibration

Our team of experienced engineers carry out onsite calibration in accordance with the UKWF Code of Practice. Our onsite calibration service covers all types of industries including laboratory, logistics, pharmaceutical, chemical, agriculture, and food production.

We hold an extensive range of calibrated test weights from class M1 - class E2 calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for calibration of micro balances through to weighbridges.

A digital calibration certificate is supplied for each asset, approved by the UKWF, and traceable to our ISO9001:2015 quality management system.

We offer either annual or periodic onsite calibration, arranged around your requirements and budget through our preventative maintenance plan.

In-House Calibration

In-house calibration offers several benefits, including access to our specialised equipment and expertise, and the assurance of traceable standards. It’s also useful for equipment that requires high capacity calibration and precision or when on-site calibration is not feasible or practical.
